I've a problem with my h30-u10

Hi, my phone had a brick. Using the Flashtool and the Rom b108 I was able to repair it, but had a new brick a few hours later and now I am not able to repair it.

I can unlock the bootloader, but when I try to reinstall the rom the flashtool although it seems to work fine nothing happens on the phone (it stays showing the Huawei logo). The only thing that changes when I try to install a Rom is the bootloader (it's locked again when I try to install the b108), but the rest of the Rom is not...
